Cancellation policy - all usual types
In the event of a snap lockdown (i.e. gazetted pandemics) all bookings will be cancelled and an email sent out. We will automatically place any monies paid into credit which can be used within 6 months (maybe longer depending upon circumstances). Refunds will be less service & bank charges usually 20%.
- Bookings for long weekends (Anzac Day, Australia Day, Adelaide Cup Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Queen's Birthday, Easter and Christmas as well as entire January that are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will have deposits refunded less a 20% handling fee (minimum of $50). Bookings cancelled 30 days or less with forfeit the entire deposit of what was taken. Min 1 day to max of 50% of stay.
- All other times: bookings cancelled 7 days or prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit of first nights tariff. Bookings cancelled 8 days or more will have deposits refunded less a 20% handling fee (minimal $15.00).
- At all times a minimal cancellation fee hence 20% will be rounded up to $15.00.
- In times of mass cancellations, we may elect to refund you within 60 days of cancellation.
- Online bookings may forgo full payments made at all times.
- For payments paid via PayPal extra fees will be deducted from refund.
- Payment Plans- No refunds given on plan service fee. If a payment plan is unsuccessful (ie insuffiecient funds, expired credit card) we reserve right to cancel booking if we have not been able to reach you via email. Please ensure funds are available on due dates. A retry surcharge fee may apply.
- Any refunds must go on same credit card as per original payment. It may take up to two weeks for funds to show up into your account.
- We recommend all guest take out domestic travel insurance with a cancellation policy that covers this type of cancellation.
- All bookings made via a 3rd Party such as Booking.com / Air BnB MUST be cancelled directly with them and different cancellation terms may apply.
